Diet Issues
So i want a well balanced diet, that will help me gain clean mass and not a lot of fat. So i am gymming and i take whey protein. My current weight is 56 and it fluctuates between 57-58 depending on my diet that week. I need a diet that is tailored made according to my lifestyle.

Hi what is your height . your weight should be ideal one and more muscle mass not fat. Excess of protein also creates lots of problem .so u need to chose wisely

Ya  i do understand your concern  you need a balanced diet. I would definately make for you a perfact balanced diet chart.

1 -breakfast( milk with protienex),soya bean chat it contains lots of protein. 2-lunch (chapati(2), moong dal(1 bowl),aloo panner sabji(1) bowl,rasgulla(1piece) 3- evenening (green tea- 1 cup), sprouts chat(1 bowl) 4-dinner   same as that of dinner. 5- after dinner- milk(1 glass)  proteinex
