Diet issues
Hello , I am a 24 years old and I have been going to the gym daily for 1 and a half hour. Since I belong to a vegetarian background I am unable to have fish or eggs and due to this my protein intake is less. What food can i have on a daily basis which are protein rich for a vegetarian.
