Hi! Eggs are perfectly safe, heat/cold is not relevant unless you already have gastric issues or allergies. You can take upto 2 full eggs in a day, preferably in the day time to help with better digestion.

Hi, Egg yolk is heaty. Egg white is not heaty. 1-2 eggs a day should not cause any problem even in summer. knowing the nutritional benefits of eggs one should definately include it in their diet.

is a misconception. Yes, eggs are hot in nature. but they are also a complete food. It is rich in different vitamins and minerals like calcium, iron, and phosphorus. It is commonly believed that eating eggs during summer can increase your risk of suffering from indigestion, but that's not true either. Eggs actually can help you cope with summer heat. Since they are rich in many nutrients, they help in maintaining the fluid balance in the body which is essential during summer. Eggs also keep your energy levels high and can prevent fatigue and weakness which is very common in summer. eating one to two eggs in a day during summer is completely fine, but one should not eat more than that. eating too many of them can lead to discomfort and there's a possibility that you might suffer from a stomach upset.

Yes you can definitely incorporate eggs in your diet as egg proteins have highest biological value and on an average 2-3 eggs can be incorporated daily in different forms like egg omlette/bhurji or boiled egg
