Diet for Summer
Hey doctors ..! I wanted to ask can i eat almonds ,walnuts, pumpkin seeds,chia seed,flax seeds all together at a time in morning at breakfast  with 2 eggs especially in  summer? And chicken at night

Hi The seeds are good for health but if taking at moderate amount .. Its not advisable to take all the nuts and seeds at 1's . Have few early morning and few in the Mid-afternoon and few for evening time. You can have eggs and chicken  during summer 3 to 4 times a week.

You can have almond milk to drink every day. 1 tbsp chia seeds with 1 glass of water to soak at night next day have hia seeds water to have empty stomach. Pumpkin seeds pudding to have as evening snack .

Gud evening pls kindly don't have everything at the same time,u can have it in separate times in a day.Pls try to have eggs in either breakfast or lunch time,not in later evening.
