Diet to follow in summer
I need some advice to control binge eating junk food, especially at afternoon hours between lunch and evening snacks. I get hungry at around 3-4 in the afternoon, and I don't like eating fruits at that time. Also since I work from home, it's easier for me to have a packaged ready to eat food like chips or biscuit. I have gained a lot of weight in the past few months, and need to lose it. However due to extreme heat in my hometown, I have no interest or energy to work out. Coupled with this binge eating habit has led to me gaining weight. Kindly advise the best strategy to deal with this craving issue, especially for this summer season(though it's not seasonal). Thanks.

This is much more deeper than just what you are eating or food modification. Usually cravings are a combination of physical deficiency/habits and emotional needs, satisfaction. I can help you identify root cause of this and develop a strategy that takes care of such episodes for good. I have worked with many having similar issues that impact their physical health and mental peace. If this sounds like something that you would need. Feel feee to get in touch Regards, Namrata.M.A
