I am at 8 weeks, in my first trimester. Please let me know a detailed plan of the foods I must include now in my diet...especially in this season in Mumbai.
My digestion seems a bit weak offlate with heaviness and some burning sensation in my stomach all the time.
Reports are normal so far.
