Diet in 1st trimester
I am at 8 weeks, in my first trimester. Please let me know a detailed plan of the foods I must include now in my diet...especially in this season in Mumbai. My digestion seems a bit weak offlate with heaviness and some burning sensation in my stomach all the time. Reports are normal so far.

Need more information abt u like height, weight, physical activity, madical history, family history, diet history, veg or nonveg. Due to pregnancy diet including all nutrients regarding ur extra requirement for that contact me. In 1st trimester normally this problem occur like burning, heaviness for all detail conversation contact me

Needs more information about you like your medical condition, Past history, Present history and Blood test report. In 1 first trimester it’s normal. Drink more water. Maintain meals gaps. Includes food like milk , fruits , green leafy vegetables, Egg whites, Cereals and pulses in your diet.
