My father ,age 60, is diabetic for 12 yrs.
He
sugar level is not controlled.
His weight is 82kg height 5. 6 "
He used be 100 kg but because of uncontrolled sugar weigh loss occurs. He has lost muscle mass on thighs.
His fasting sugar level always revolve around 200- 350 (see pic of all readings )
He is on medication , taking Glimy M2. He is not on insulin.
Breakfast is - 1omlet + a glass of milk + 4 toast
Lunch consists - 2 Roti + vegies ( or non veg )
Dinner consists same as lunch but 1 roti
*Need a specific DIET PLAN
*Do lamb meat , chicken spike the sugar level ??
* Which flour should we use to make Roti ? Currently using whole wheat flour.
Should we switch to other flour ? If yes then suggest otger option as well.
