Hi
If he eats non veg, try to incorporate egg whites or chicken soup into his routine.
You can also fullfill the requirements by adding paneer and sprouts into his routine
Still if u wish to give him protein u can try giving him proteinex ( sugarfree)
For detailed and customized diet plan u can connect with me via practo
In old age protein must required along balance diet.check with your doctor health issues, if everything is normal than try ensure or protein +, or make diabetes smoothie and mixed protein powder in to it, also good options to maintain sugar levels. But without knowing i cant suggest particular diet-food ,supplements. Better way consult with your doctor and dietician. Thank you.
