Take high fibre food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add planty of water. Avoid oily and fried food.

Your brother need to take high protein diabetic diet. He have to avoid refined flours, white rice and other simple carbs. Take complex carbs like oats, whole wheat flour, Dalia, brown rice etc. for high protein tonned milk and tonned paneer, soyabean, tofu, egg whites etc. low glycemic fruits and more of vegetables. Take more fluids. Avoid juices.
We need to know whether the Covid 19 is symptomatic or not and rest other conditions, sugar levels etc
