Yes, You can have Nonveg . Make sure it is well cooked and with proper hygiene. But Milk , curd, sprouts etc also can be included as a source of protein along with Non veg.
Include more fresh vegetables and fruits ,Include seeds, nuts as they are rich in micronutrients.
