Congratulations for your recovery from Covid ! Eat well balanced diet. Take proper rest. Keep yourself active, increase physical exercise  gradually. I am assuming  here that  your infection was mild. Yes, You can have Nonveg . Make sure it is well cooked and with proper hygiene. But Milk , curd,  sprouts etc  also can be included as a source of protein along  with Non veg. Include more fresh vegetables  and fruits ,Include  seeds, nuts as they are rich in micronutrients. This is all in general.
