Hello. Eat soft foods like Idli , khichdi, curd rice, apple, banana, papaya, Suji upma/ kheer, poha and home made soups(avoid packet soup) , boiled eggs, chicken Have 2-3 litres of water, fresh juice, low fat milk. Eat meals and snacks at every 2-3 hours to maintain energy levels and improve appetite Avoid spicy foods, deep fried items and outside food.
