Hello. My weight is 64.5 and height is 5'6" my bmi is overweight.
Please help me for a correct diet plan and suggest me an appropriate excercise for having a healthy body.
I'm a vegetarian person. I tried dieting in 2018 but it cause me weakness and it also affected my metabolism , it also decreased my activitiy level. I feel tired and lazy can't even focus on my work.

Ur an youngster,so u exercise,yoga,play outdoor games,everyday for an hour to keepurself fit and fine.
Eat plenty of vegetables,sprouts,fruits everyday.
Eat millets for rice/ wheat.
Drink enough water,buttermilk.
Sleep liesurely for atleast six hrs at night.
Avoid fastfoods,preserved foods,bakeryfoods,spicy oily foods.

As per your height your ideal body weight range should be 63-68 kg and according to that your present body weight and BMI both are fine. You should verify the information from where you come to know that your BMI is more and you are overweight. Still if you want want to reduce body weight, then you should follow a balanced diet which will make you fit but without affecting the function of vital organs of your body. Include more complex carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits in your diet. Drink atleast 3 litre water per day.
