First of all you need to understand the reason of being underweight. There are several reasons likewise stress/ Disturbed lifestyle/ wrong eating habits/ disturbance of vata level. So once the reason is clear we can easily figure out the specific meal as per your requirement. As every person is different, and has unique body temperament. So you should take meal as per that only. Likewise you might have seen people who eats a lot but still very slim and skinny, on the contrary there are people who eat less and tends to put on weight and suffer with different medical issues too.
