Diet for breastfeeding mom
I am a breastfeeding mom of a 3 month old baby.I have gained 10kg weight after my second delivery and is 60kg now for height 160cm. My tummy still looks 4 month pregnant. I would like to know whether it is ok to do physical now. Will if affect lactation? Also, as I am having hair fall, I am taking bioglow forte per day as advised by my skin expert. What kind of diet should I follow to cope with the above two problems? Thanks Babitha

Hi babitha Many congratulations During breastfeeding you generally gain weight and this is the baby fat i.e after delivery weight you will reduce it gradually when your baby starts weaning food. And it will happen after 6 months . Yes you may start with light walk only for 20 min not max by that . Have high protein diet  Cut down the sugar and fried foods Have homemade and healthy food As this is the time when you recover the most after the delivery .

It is advisable not to do any physical excersize except simple walking on plain surface, till the child is 1 year of age as the internal organs are week. you can try eating healthy home cooked food, but try to avoid sugar and refined flour, like maida, and processed food, avoid too much salt and fluids

Gud evening pls let me know about your detail dietary pattern,u can start after 2months with walking for 20mins n alternate days light yoga at first.
