Hello.....if your pure vegetarian it's difficult to suggest, atleast have egg daily. Pulses and cereals like wheat contains more of protein ... Have chapattis, pea, spinach, mushrooms, soybean contains good amount of protein... But non vegetarian foods are rich in protein, drink lot of water...... Consult dietitian for further information.
