I need a balanced daily diet chart.I used to go gym daily n need to aware about basic protien food contents which we can have pls suggest me diet schedule in vegetarian diet including eggs in it..

Hi - your BMI is 23.52 which is just border line at higher side .This means your weight is going up. now u should consume less rice products but more whole wheat, whole or multi grains foods rich in fibre. as u r vegan so u can v more plant protien like soya,soya products, cornflakes, pulses 40g legumes, the very good sources of protein are dairy products like D.T IR skim milk chana, plain paneer, yogurts, sour CURD erv. use less cooking oil,less spices, salt,refine sugar. Apart from diet u need exercises at brisk / Regularly, or normal 8 hrs wore.
