Sure you can have food from animal source in diet, you just need a well balanced weight reduction diet, which includes good quality protein, complex carbohydrates, fresh fruits and vegetables. You need to do some exercises, which help you to burn fat mass. Drink 3 litre water per day and avoid junk and fast food.
