Diet after delivery
I had a cesearian for my delivery. And it was 22 days today. Can I add mealmaker curry in my diet?? I'm a vegetarian. Could you pls also help with the diet plan for fast recovery ? Thank you

Eat foods high in protein, vitamin C, and iron. Protein helps the healing process and is needed for the growth of new tissues. _________________________ You can include the following foods:-  1.
