Eat plenty of vegetables as beans,ridgegaurd,cucumber,greens,all types of cabbage,capsicum,tomato,raw papaya,raw banana,. Lentils,wholegrains,pulses,unpolished rice,ragi,jowar,fingermillets, nuts,wholegrams Millets are best substitute for rice,wheat.. Papaya semiriped are best everuday Jaggery black,black cumin,flaxseeds,horsegram,gingely seeds,are good. Avoid fastfoods,too much ofspices,oilyfoods ,preserved foods. Buttermilk ,jeera,pepper,methi,cinnamomum,ginger,garlic,raw onion are to be used regularly..

Have diet with high fibre, with complex carbs..  Fruits can be taken  but if sugars are under control. Better go for low calorie frits.. Whole fruits are best than fruit juices
