I am 41/F, 155 cms, 74 kgs. I have a very busy schedule and not able to concentrate on myself. Find it very difficult to follow any diet plan. I am extremely low on energy and don't sleep well. Need some quick weigh loss and something that can stop my cravings, I order food on Swiggy almost twice everyday. It's not that I am hungry, I just get too tempted to order. Can I take ozempic or something that will help my cravings

Hello,
Please don't take ozempic, it is a prescription based drug hence should only be taken under qualified doctor's supervision.
I understand how frustrating it is for you to not be able to give time to your health and your desperation for quick fixes.
Firstly, quick fixes are for short period of time and it is not sustainable you will end up gaining more weight rather than the other way around.
A proper consultation will help me plan a diet that suits your lifestyle without living under pressure of 'what to eat today'. I can help you create a plan which gives you an overview of how your food will be like for a week every week.
It will help you lose weight easily and still getting all the required nutrient that your body needs to function properly without feeling tired.

It's understandable that with a busy lifestyle, keeping a track of your food intake and energy levels is a little difficult. But simply relying on Ozempic will not help and should not be done without doctors supervision as it is a prescribed drug for diabetes management. It can lower your blood sugar levels and may impose a risk on your health.
Here is what you can do to manage your weight naturally:
- Include complex carbohydrates such as millets, whole wheat, quinoa and brown rice in your diet which will help in maintaining steady energy levels.
- Protein rich foods like pulses, paneer, tofu, eggs, fish and lean chicken will help reduce your cravings and improve your sleep.
- Healthy fats like groundnut oil, nuts and oil seeds and avocado will help promote satiety and improve your energy levels.
- Include plenty of vegetables and atleast 2 servings of fruits a day which will improve your fiber intake and help in weight management.
- Consume small and frequent meals which will help maintain your energy levels and help reduce your cravings.

Before considering Ozempic or any medication, it’s important to understand that these injections are meant for diagnosed medical conditions and must be prescribed only after a doctor evaluates your health history, blood tests, and risk factors. They also have side-effects like nausea, severe acidity, weakness, and they don’t solve the actual lifestyle issues you’re struggling with.
From what you’ve shared, your cravings and low energy are more related to:
Irregular eating patterns
High stress and poor sleep
Skipping meals → sudden cravings → food ordering
Lack of structured routines

Please do blood tests to assess.
