I m doing workout in gym from past 3 months
But Yesterday I have mild dezziness during the workout .
Around 5 days ago i have done
Lipid profile - Normal
CBC - Normal
ECG - Normal
TMT - Normal
I asked for 2d echo .but Dr said no need of that
So what can be the cause of mild dezziness during workout ?
Is it related to heart attack?? Cardiac arrest ?
Please answer 🙏🙏
