Deworming during fever
Hello. My 3 yrs old kid is suffering from high fever, cold, cough and abdominal pain. In such case can Zentel 10 ml be given for deworming? The abdominal pain is occurring despite of giving medication meftal syp and cyclopam. Kindly suggest.

continue to give adequate water and cyclopam as you are giving . In case it is not subsiding in Next 48 hrs then will need to see Paediatrician .
