Hi Detox diet can be done daily as it helps in detoxification of our body Drinking detox water or eating a detox diet is considered a good practice. Also people with diabetes can also follow it but should avoid following things: Fruits such as mango, banana, cheeku, grapes and litchi. Juices . Make sure your salt intake is less. But a diabetic person should not always depend on detox diet only. He/she should take meals in every 2 hours. Long gaps in meals can lead to blood sugar level fluctuations. Share your complete information so that we can help you in more detail regarding detoxification and diabetic diet. Regards, Godiets.
