I have been feeling very depressed past 3 years after my marriage. Mainly of my mother in law. In summary she is the root cause of all my prblms. Additionally ,i am suffering from Pcos as well. I feel really heavy on inside. Suicidal thoughts often crossed my mind. Need some help to calm myself down. Any help. Any med. Kindly help.

If any psychiatrist offers therapy too you can take from them itself but usually in India, psychiatrists do not offer therapy like in-depth one.

1. Try to relax yourself by doing breathing exercise, simply concentrate on your breaths while closing your eyes try to sit down in a calm place. Inhale exhale 10-15 times just noticing how you breathe in and out. Do this as often as you can. It will calm you immensely. 2. Please take care of your food and water intake too, only when our body is nourished our inner healing also automatically takes place. Wishing you health and happiness!
