Nothing is permanent in this nature.Every thing changes when needed.Ur depression is also change to normal mood when proper therapy is applied and when u correct ur all problems with a proper solution. Do Not worry at all.As u do Not discuss details about  ur problems so i cant understand the sevearity and duration of ur depression and irritability. I advised u that u must find causes for ur depression and anxiety and try to solve each point. If u cant solve alone then consult psychologist online or offline. We are here for our patients always. Share ur thoughts with family and friends. Accept reality. Avoid too much social media,or use it in a healthy way. Contact me if needed. Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Anger, frustration, Mood swings, irritation etc are expression or outburst of mental stress. If they are quite often and causing you depressions then it needs further evaluation. Sometimes, it's your natural character to exhibit such behavior or even body physical condition like excess heat in the body, acidity, lack of sleep, menstrual issues also can trigger such stress. So better to analyze it holistic to avoid this becoming a permanent problem. Feel free to reach out to me online for further evaluation and recommendations.

Hi , it’s not permanent. It’s perfectly fine to feel your emotions and express yourself. But know the difference between reacting and overreacting . In which situation you are reacting just check it ,know the root cause . Even people with severe depression can find relief and so can you . Talk to a psychologist, early treatment is better.
Next Steps

Change habits , learn more positive ways of thinking

Hi,it is perfectly normal to feel like this. This is not permanent. Just like we can feel happy, excited at times. We can also feel depressed, irritated. It is important to speak with someone and find out what is it that is bothering you. Usually we get triggered by something, and without realizing it start feeling irritated over everything.
Next Steps
Visit a Psychologist and discuss about what you are feeling and they will help you to understand your situation better and resolve it.
