Depression and Anxiety
I have depression and anxiety since the last one year. I overthink everything, every small thing. It has affected my self confidence and sexual health. I'm unable to sleep because my brain is constantly working. Apart from meditation and exercise, are there any medications that can solve this problem permanently?
