Hello sir.... There are 2 possibilities for swelling... it may be due to infection of root canal treated tooth or due to generalized soft and hard deposits(plaque and calculus) which causes Gingivitis... Get an x-ray(IOPA) of that involved tooth region done to check for re infection.. if there is infection of the root canal treated tooth, then re-rct has to be done...if the swelling is due to deposits then scaling (Tooth cleaning) has to be done...
Next Steps
kindly visit dentist for furthur consultation clinically

X-ray of the RCT treated tooth is required. It could be a reinfection in which case retreatment is required. It could be a gum infection as well
