Dengue platelets
Hi, My husband is diagnosed with dengue. It's the 4th day and the platelets have rapidly dropped to 32000 on day 4. Also his body temp is normal but he has a consistent feeling of vomiting and mild stomachache. How much time will it take him to recover? Is there any way to increase the platelets count fast? Pls assist.

Platelet count is reduced due to viral infection, as viral infection resolves, platelet count quickly comes back to normal, not only that vomiting and symptoms also get better, no medicine can increase COUNTS
