For losing weight in a healthy and permanent way : 1. Maintain meal gaps: maintain meal gaps of not more than 3 hours is very important. It boosts up the metabolism and helps in weight loss. 2. Include dandelion tea in your diet, consume it 2-3 times. You can buy it online easily. 3. Include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet in the form of smoothies and soups. 4. Walk atleast 10k steps a day. 5. Drink infused water: chop your fav fruits and herbs in water and enjoy.

Hi If doctor had advised you to go for injections for Vitamin b12 , then it’s better to go for it cause it’s an expert advise..and that has to be followed.. you get vitamin B 12 through non-vegetarian diet …I,e animal based protein consumption etc.. For vitamin d , as per physician advise it’s better to go for vitamin d supplementation..as well… You get Vitamin d through natural sources in very limited quantities such as eggs, vitamin d fortified milk and cereals, vitamins fortified oils etc.. Exposure to sun is the best recommended as always!!! For triglycerides you need to have low fat substitutes in diet, should cut on bad fats and include more of good fats in your daily diet… Include foods rich in omega 3 and 6 essential fatty acids like salmon , Macarel , wild sea fish etc..and flaxseeds , flaxseed oil, walnuts, avocados, chia seeds etc to be liberally included in the daily diets and apart from diet , should do lots of physical activities such as exercises both morning and evening with 45 mins of brisk walking compulsorily daily on all the days of the week without fail.. Having warm lemon water without sugar or honey on empty stomach upon waking is advised… Can also consume green tea without sugar or honey… And cut down on refined / simple carbohydrates and include low GI based complex carbohydrates like whole grain cereals, millets etc … Stop sugar and it’s substitutes, sweets, all outside foods, processed and packaged foods… Have small meals with limited portion sizes instead of large meals..is essential. Having one raw onion daily will help in high triglycerides… Having a calorie deficit diet is advantageous…for reducing Hypertryglyceridemia …
Next Steps
Please follow doctors advise regarding vitamin D and vitaminB 12….
Health Tips
Well balanced diet, high fibre diet, plenty of water for flushing out toxins, detox drinks and detox diet are also helpful to some extent, exercises both morning and evening, healthy lifestyle etc are all recommended..
