Hello! Your levels indicate deficiency of both vitamins and proper supplements along with a suitable diet are required to support absorption and increase levels. Take 3 litres of water daily, eat fresh fruits and raw vegetables, a hand full of dry fruits and nuts, avoid oily and spicy food as acidity can prevent effective absorption. Get sunlight exposure daily. A detailed assessment is necessary to provide a suitable diet plan and supplement that works for you
