Hi,
I underwent an anomaly scan at 20th week for DCDA twin pregnancy.
On an individualistic level the babies are doing great with no abnormalities
However it was highlighted that one twin is at 19w1d while another one is at 20w1d so one twin is 20% smaller than the other.
I went to my OBGYN who mentioned this to me. I don't know what to take away from this and can't rest in peace thinking of losing one child although he didn't clearly mention if the situation is worrisome, he said we will do the scans after 2weeks, but it's killing me from within since there is a loose end of an answer.
I need a very genuine opinion from the doctors here.
Thank you so much

It is all normal.
The two babies in a Twin pregnancy always have some difference in size. Even after delivery the two babies have different growth potential.
So just relax and wait for your babies.
The difference is not significant at present and is normal.
If the NT scan at 11-12 weeks was normal, dual markers test is normal
And anomaly scan done recently is normal
Nothing to worry about.
