DCDA twin pregnancy
I have DCDA twins with 7 weeks 4 days gestation one baby heart beat is 141 but doc not able to see other baby heart beat sac is visible but unable to determine anything is this normal or anything to worry

Get a repeat scan done after 2 weeks with Doppler . it may be due to the sac position or the ultrasound machine might have missed it If not it could be that one gsac pregnancy will vanish

Normally in many twin pregnancy there will be like this In most of the times one twin will disappear Called as twin vanishing syndrome Pls do repeat scanning after 2-3 wks
