Discharge in Twins Pregnancy
I am 23 weeks pregnant with Ivf twins. One miscarriage had occured a year back in 1st attempt of IVF. This time cerclage is done in 16th week. But I saw very little brownish discharge 2 days back. Is it concerning? What are the reason of brown discharge. Any treatment needed?

The brown discharge is not normal You need an ultrasound to find out the length of cervix diameter of internal OS placental  localisation treatment can be offered accordingly
