I am 29 years old. Conceived DCDA Twins naturally. NT scan shows Fetus 1: 2.5 mm and Fetus 2: 2.6 mm. Nasal bone present in both. Free B-HCG is 33.04 and PAPP-A is 9.413. Please help me understand the report better. Thinking to get Karyotype done.

The nuchal translucancy value is within normal range...just towards the higher end of normal range....
Ur overall risk is calculated based on..nasal bone, nuchal translucancy, age, BMI, ethnicity and serum markers....and in ur case it is no where in at risk category...
Karyotyping at 12weeks requires invasive procedure and can risk abortion.
Not recommended just for mental satisfaction.
If at all u want, u can get NIPT done that is noninvasive and 95percent accurate in dadc twins.
