DCDA Twins Nuchal fold
In NT scan NT measurement was 2.5 and 2.6. Double marker had intermediate risk for one baby. We did NIPT came low risk. Doctor suggested for early anomaly at 18 weeks and Nuchal fold in early anomaly is 2.8 and 3.1. Doctor said nothing to worry and to do detailed anomaly scan after 3 weeks. Please let me know if everything is good

Get anomaly done at 17-18weeks Nt and nuchal fold thickness are two different parameter done at different trimester. So please don't get your self worked up. even if NIPT is low-risk,  NIPT can miss some issues, especially with significant NT thickening or in younger women. You should consult your doctor for a comprehensive risk assessment and discuss further diagnostic options like Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) or amniocentesis.  Having said that it's much more imp to look at what week my was done and if it was corresponding to the range for given week . If it was done around 14 weeks Nt is definitely on the higher side but not abnormal .
