Hi, I have very little information here but the ct scan report you have attached shows that the person it belongs to has a chronic lung disease. What causes it, how severe it is and what forms of treatment he would need requires an interaction with the patient. Do connect once feasible. If not, i would suggest you meet a pulmonologist or internal medicine physician.
