I hear crack sounds in my joints every time i move them. It started since a year ago. I used to go to gym and at that time i had no problem. But few months after leaving gym only i noticed it happening. My knees and leg joints make more cracks. Spine when i twist and and in ribcage when i stretch back. Im feeling no pain n all .What should i do?

Cracking without pain is fine. You need some warm up session before starting any exercise. Continue your strengthening and stretching exercises.

Cracking of joints without pain is little disconcerting. However the probable reason for body is still in need of that level of physical activity which you were doing. My advice for you is start doing gentle stretching exercises. This should resolve your problem
