Neck pain after crack sound in neck
Sir, today in the morning when I was changing sides on my bed I heard a crack sound from my neck. I am not able to move my face to the right side after that. The pain is increasing since morning. I tried putting warm water in my neck area while bathing but it didn't help. Please help.
