Neck pain and crack sound
Pain and crack sound in neck while motion of neck , strain and pain in neck while sitting. Crack sound coming every time I turn my head back or and side .

Greetings,  sounds from neck are a sign of lack of proper use of neck,  that is not having good neck posture

What is the need to turn ur head and neck to the side often and it seem u often jerk ur neck as a common habitual practice u need to definitely stop this behaviour kindly visit a physiotherapist to learn some exercises an follow a proper ergonomic while doing ur day to day activities
