Hi, Greetings, Don't worry, its common in all brain hemorrhage patients. Please follow the below things will help you. 1. Take regular check up with the neurologist and follow the drugs which he prescribed for brain hemorrhage. 2. Take regular exercise for next 6 Months without any break. 3. Physiotherapy treatment play major roll for regain your physical activity. So please follow his instructions strictly.

Joints get never loose after brain stroke. Either muscle tone get decreased or increased depending on level & severity.
Next Steps
You should go for Vit.D3 & serum calcium. If it's less then can go for multivitamin supplements & glucosamine for lubrication.

Also should go for strengthening & flexibility exercises including mobility exercises.... Cycling mainly. Wear sports shoes. PHYSIOTHERAPY is very very important with proper guidance.
