Crack in MB root of 26
Pain present off and on when biting. Root canal already done for this tooth. Will the fracture heal on its own, will splinting help or is a more drastic measure needed?

No fractured tooth never heals, tooth need to be extracted and replaced by prosthesis, delay may cause pain and infection better to go for extraction ASAP

Root fractures doesn't heal on its own. It has to be extracted to prevent spread of infection. Moreover your rct done is incomplete. Plz visit ur treating doctor for extraction of that tooth. U can also get my appointment for prescription medicine.

In CBCT, root canal treatment is incomplete. Visit your endodontist for re-rct.to relieve pain, you can consult through this for prescription of medication.

It might require extraction if the pain does not subside..it won't heal on its own.. U can consult me for prescription medicine or advice..
