Correct time to exercise
If i want to loose weight when should i do exercise or cardio morning or evening? Which is gud? Or if i want to gain weight which is gud time? And also in both cases how often in week?i m student & want to get fit and active and gain strength and loose weight bt not like bulky guys or muscular.
