I am facing muscle weakness due to WFH. I have spondylosis problem in neck and also low back pain and hip joints. I consulted orthopaedic doctors. I took x-ray in left hip, CT scan in pelvic, low back and also took MRI also,but there is no issues in all above scan report. The doctors suggests
vitamin supplements and tablets. It give temporary relief only. I searched internet to consume whey protein supplements is good for muscle weakness. But there are lot of brands available in market and also mis-selling and fake product. Kindly suggest consuming whey protein is good or only for gym going persons.
