Hi You're too young to think about artificial teeth. If you've have cavities, then your teeth can be restored. Depending upon the extent of cavity, treatment plan can be decided, whether filling or root canal is required. Always remember when you lose a tooth, you lose bone also. With time it's not a pretty story..

Respeted madam there is no such age limit to get your cavities treated, and to make it clear if the cavities are not very deep in your teeth they can be successfully treated with tooth coloured fillings
Next Steps
you should get a dental check up done as soon as possible so as to avoid the cavities to go deeper in your teeth
Health Tips
till you visit a dentist brush twice daily mam and gargle with waterimmediately after you eat anything take care of your teeth

Just a case of cavities doesn't mean you needed replacement of teeth.... These cavities can be filled /RCT following crown... But incase it is unrestorable then we needed extraction of remaining tooth structure following placement of bridges or Implants. Dental implants can be done in Diabetes but controlled i.e., with medication. Needed immediate action😊😊 Regards Dr Vinod Chandel
