How to use dulcoflex for constipation. Please don't comment - consult now. This is a very basic question. Kindly do suggest for someone who's away from country and finding it hard for medical consultations

Dulcoflex (Bisacodyl) tablets should be taken at bedtime. Tablet has to be taken with water They work overnight and ease the motion next day. It is always advisable to start at 1 tablet. Since you have bought the tablets it is okay. But a better way to go would be Lactulose syrup with psyllium husk.

You can use 1-3 tablets per day .Avoid use within 1 hr of antacids or milk.Beware of the adverse effects like diarrhea and abdominal cramps.

Dulcoflex (bisacodyl )can be habit forming ,for short time u can take it one tablet a day after dinner  .. dulcoflex not a permanent solution,there can be so many causes of constipation, dulcoflex on everyday basis can harm you if u take it for a prolong period of time .. clinical history is important to know the root cause of constipation

instead u can take isabgol preparations ..along with increase your water intake , include more fibre rich food,and mild to moderate Exercises can help u with constipation

Please take it at night after 9PM. Take it with a sip of water. If it is not effective you keep taking it every 12 hours till you have a motion.

Constipation is generally caused by low water intake, Outside food like fatty food , Lack of fibre food and stress and anxiety . Please take consultation for correct diagnosis and best treatment
