Dulcoflex (Bisacodyl) tablets should be taken at bedtime. Tablet has to be taken with water They work overnight and ease the motion next day. It is always advisable to start at 1 tablet.
Since you have bought the tablets it is okay. But a better way to go would be Lactulose syrup with psyllium husk.

Dulcoflex (bisacodyl )can be habit forming ,for short time u can take it one tablet a day after dinner .. dulcoflex not a permanent solution,there can be so many causes of constipation, dulcoflex on everyday basis can harm you if u take it for a prolong period of time .. clinical history is important to know the root cause of constipation
