To alleviate constipation, consume a high-fiber diet rich in whole grains, legumes, fruits, and vegetables, such as berries, leafy greens, broccoli, carrots, and whole wheat bread, and also drink plenty of water and consider incorporating probiotic-rich foods like yogurt or kefir.

Will have to confirm if fissure/ haemorrhoids have recurred. You will have to be on a high fibre diet and adequate water intake. Can use laxatives for a short period of time. Hard stools precipitate fissures and having fissure precipitates constipation as due to fear we hold stools and then there is desiccation of stools and again fissure- this is a vicious cycle. See a surgeon in person.
