Constipation and weight problem
My son eat anything I gave him except sweet.,he drink juices, buttermilk,milk,he don't want to drink water,but when ever I introduced new food he became constipated. Can you please suggest me diet chart for easy digestive and healthyweight gaining diet

Hi How old is your son. Try giving him whole fruits, whole grains, green leafy vegetables which have more fiber and drink lots of water and ask him to play outdoors. It will help.

Try to give liquids in some other form like coconut water, lemon water. Make some interesting chole salad, rajma salad, paneer salad. Give me curd or yogurt twice a day

Have fruits and vegetables or multigrain atta or chia seed water .oats ,daliya and instead of juices give pureed fruit But water is must Can Include coconut water Grated salad Give small and frequent meals

Hi, Lack of fiber & water in the Diet leads to Constipation. Other factors  Stress, Sleep, Physical activity also contribute to it. For weight gain, he must have a balanced diet comprising all nutrients. Gradually increase the portion sizes in his diet.
