Going by the description that you have mentioned, it seems that your wisdom tooth is erupting and there is inflammation around this tooth and this condition is called as pericoronitis. The symptoms will always be recurrent unless the objective treatment of extraction of the offending tooth is done for permanent relief of symptoms. The Other tooth might be carious and require treatment itself or it is also possible that it is a victim of the referred pain from the wisdom tooth. But this can be distinguished only after a proper clinical evaluation. Please visit your dentist as soon as possible for the appropriate treatment to be instituted. Regards

Hello ma’am ! Considering the fact that you are saying that your upper right 3rd molar is erupting , i’m afraid that ‘yes!its indeed a painful condition’ . The teeth in front are also hurting because ot is basically referred pain of the erupting 3rd molar .
Next Steps
All you need to do is 1) Take an analgesic/painkiller for symptomatic temporary relief. 2) do warm saline rinses 3-4 times a day 3) consult your dentist to overrule impacted tooth/pericoronitis !! Wish you a speedy recovery !
