Use the following
Rexidine ointment to be applied after every 4 hours to your ulcers.
Use Chlohex mouthwash every 8 hourly.
Plz include lots and lots of green vegetables and citrus fruits in your diet and drink plenty of water. Minimise , or better avoid tea, coffee, cigarettes etc.
