Concerned over my facial symetry
Actually I had a fight with my brother and he just held my head and pushed downward and I felt stretch in my neck and for an instance I felt like my neck gonna break. Right now I don't have any difficulty in moving my neck I just feel slight pain when I look upwards So now I am just concerned that whether that incident would have changed my facial appearance and structure and facial symetry So please say anything about this

You can be completely reassured — your facial structure and symmetry cannot change from someone pushing your head downward. The bones of the face are entirely separate from the neck and spine, and a neck stretch or push simply does not have any effect on facial appearance or structure whatsoever. What you experienced is a cervical muscle strain — the neck muscles and ligaments were suddenly stretched, which is why you felt pain and a sensation of your neck being pulled. The fact that you have full neck movement with only mild pain on upward extension means this is a minor strain, not a serious injury. This typically resolves completely within 1-2 weeks with rest.
Next Steps
Rest your neck, avoid sudden jerky movements, and apply a warm compress for the mild pain. If the pain worsens, spreads to your arms, or you develop numbness or weakness anywhere, see a doctor. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.

Trivial injuries are unlikely to cause facial asymmetry, though soft tissues around the injured area could cause swelling. You could watch yourself infront of the mirror to see any difference is noted

Unlikely,  could cause muscle pull or injury but facial appearance will not change. But you could know your facial appearance and symmetry better, by just looking in mirror or asking your family members or close friends.

When you don't have any pain, it z unlikely that you might be having any issue. Just with a small push you can't break internal structures of neck and face ( unless your brother is a wrestler). I feel like you are little over concerned. Think it yourself, how can pushing your neck would change your facial symmetry? There are so many muscles and bones, ligaments and other structures which keep our face and body in symmetry. A simple push wouldn't cause such assymetry. Take care of your self.
Next Steps
feel free to consult me on practo if you still continue to have feeling of facial assymetry

Based on this, a downward neck push can cause an acute muscular cervical sprain or ligament strain in the neck wall. However, for a proper diagnosis and to confirm that your bone alignment is structurally intact, we need to carefully rule out any minor cervical vertebral displacement.
Next Steps
To accurately evaluate your upcoming cervical X-ray views, examine your neck muscle pain parameters side-by-side, and provide a secure medical recovery plan, please book a direct consultation session via my Practo profile."
Health Tips
Rest Your Neck and Avoid Sudden Stretching: Keep your neck movements gentle and avoid cracking your neck, stretching it aggressively, or looking upwards repeatedly while the soft tissues heal from the strain. Apply Gentle Cold Comfort Therapy: Use an ice pack wrapped in a clean cloth over the back of your neck for 10 to 15 minutes a few times a day to lower localized inflammation and soothe the muscle ache naturally.
